Job Title: Client Service Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate data bases about current as well as potential clients.
- Advising management about the client needs.
- Taking enquiry details from client accurately.
- Preparing weekly reports as required by management
- Facilities Management: Overseeing the maintenance of facilities and Ensuring timely resolution of facilities related issues.
- Establishing relationships with the clients of the company.
- Ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization.
- Employing sales skills in order to achieve the sales target.
- Identifying as well developing sources in order to get more clients.
- Interacting with clients via telephone and written communication.
- The successful applicant must be educated to degree standard (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years experience in a related field.
- Pays attention to detail, organised, patient, articulate, a problem solver, goal oriented, has clear verbal and written communication skills, computer literate, presentable, professional and courteous.
