Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Duties

• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, planning and organizing promotional presentations, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
• Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts
• Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
• Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
• Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with research using data analytics software
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
• Minimum of 5 years in FMCG industry (especially in Power generation sector e.g Solar, Inveter, Generator)
• Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and Digital Marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
