Job Description
- The Branch Manager is in charge of developing business relationships and providing insurance solutions via company products and services.
- The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. He/ She will manage client accounts and generate new sales ideas.
- This includes innovative sales strategies/sector penetration, grow the share of Brokers and Clients wallet, develop winning proposals and business plans. Analyze industry trend and adjust to maximize growth potentials, Liaise with the technical team for prompt turnaround time and provide feedback as obtained on the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Highly demonstrated job/industry knowledge
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Encouraging team and staff, be able to mentor and lead
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
