Description
- We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
- Oversee key hiring and talent development programs
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent
- Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees
- Report key results to corporate officers
- Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
- Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities
- Gain experience across the organization, particularly managing people and processes.
- Demonstrate successful management of profit and loss within a business or business unit.
- Complete Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- An advanced degree, such as a Master of business Administration (MBA)
