Job Description

• The core duties of the Customer Service Representative would be to serve customers by booking service appointments, providing service information and resolving service problems.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the market forces
• Have proof of educational qualifications
• Must provide at least one referee with valid identification
• Highly skilled in customer service
• Be able to work weekdays and some weekends
• Be hardworking, diligent and proactive
• Must be a skilled listener and have good telephone skills
• Must be able to analyse information while incorporating documentation skills with Excel and good knowledge of accounting.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma certificate in any discipline.
• 2-3 years relevant working experience.
