We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collections Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend approvals of loans
• Ensure full recovery of loans via phone engagement as at when due
• Attend to other issues as assigned by the unit's head
• Make Calls to defaulting customers on their loan repayments
• Negotiate repayment schedules and plan
• Send Email and SMS reminders to customers about their overdue loans

Job Specification

• Must have excellent communication skills, attention to details, customer service, marketing skills, and data analysis skills.
• Must be open to working on Saturdays when required
• Must have minimum OND in a related field
• Must be Computer Literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages proficiently
