We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Shipping Documentation Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for establishing Form M for all shipments
- Follow through on all documentations application for timely approvals
- Escalate where necessary when processes are dragging
- Guide clients effectively on the necessary documents required for shipping.
- Responsible for handling all import and export shipping documents to ensure they are in order for shipping.
- Ensure all regulatory permits and approvals are established for all shipments timely
- Understanding of the documentations and related processes for seamless import and export
- Understanding of import and export regulatory procedures.
- BSc in any field
- Minimum of 3 years in similar role
