Job Title: Coordinator - Transmission (Supervisory)

Location: Abuja
Employment status: Permanent
Department: Network Core and Transmision

Job Descriptions

• Drive prompt capitalization of projects
• Manage change process and communicate progress of the projects to relevant project stakeholder
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and provide project support for all  projects
• Maintain effective working relationship with internal and external suppliers
• Plan, coordinate and manage the roll out of transmission infrastructure excluding BTS, within an assigned region
• Ensure  E2E TX  is delivered for services planned for the month
• Identify and eliminate TX bottleneck in projects
• Oversee and coordinate all technical activities of all OEMs and ensure MTNN quality is standard is not compromised.

Job Condition

• Normal MTNN working conditions
• May be required to work extended hours

Experience & Training
Education:

• First Degree or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-7years within a telecoms environment with experience in:
• Microwave systems installation
• Fibre optic transmission
• Experience in Managing TX rollout in a telecommunication environment
• Experience in Project Management       
• Network Transmission systems

Training:

• Equipment Specific Courses (Multiplexers and Compression devices)
• Advanced Microwave radio
• Climbing courses

Minimum Qualification     

• BA, BEng, BTech or HND
