In order to meet increasing demands for our services, vacancy now exists for the below senior management position in our Head Office located in Lagos, Nigeria:

Job Title: Corporate Finance Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Carry out complex business analysis including ROI, NPV and IRR with recommendations on new products / services, features, pricing, marketing and promotions based on historical financial data
• Analyze projections for operating strategies shareholder value measures and other metrics and also analyze actual results for variance and revision of projections where applicable
• Provide strategic insight for financial planning to assess project viability, restructure existing financial deals for viability and structure financial deals for new projects
• Provide financial analyses and reports for strategic and investment decision making
• Demonstrate knowledge and provide strategic insight, analytics to shape the financial direction of the company
• Provide financial analyses, business planning and forecasting and treasury management function support
• Prepare consolidated forecasts and analyze trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditure and other related financial areas

General Qualification, Experience, Attributes and Skills Required

• Working knowledge of financial models, tools, software (accounting and reporting) and resources for financial planning
• Working knowledge of the Finance Act, International Financial Reporting Standards or relevant legislation
• Ideal candidates will be dynamic, growth-oriented and ready to take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting or other Business or Management related disciplines with membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria. MBA / M.Sc. is an added advantage
• A minimum of 3-year experience in middle management position working as Corporate Finance Analyst
• Ability to develop, interpret and implement financial and accounting concepts or techniques for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting to drive business results
