Job Title: Director of Public Relations and Marketing
Location: Imota, Lagos
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement strategic integrated marketing, public and community relations plan to achieve annual target based on key performance indicators.
- Advise management on public and community relations issues.
- Facilitating the sponsorship of major University activities.
- Co-ordinates implementation of marketing and public relations plan through the University’s Website Open Education Resource and various social media handles and platforms and other web platforms.
- Co-ordinates the production of newsletters, reports, brochures and other institutional documents.
- Maintaining a regularly updated database of the audio-virtual recordings, digital photograph, and stakeholder’s data.
- Relate effectively with Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Manage corporate events
- Monitoring traditional and social media for University related information and coverage.
- To ensure visibility for achievements within (or by) the University.
- To ensure effective media relations.
- Public speaking at presentations, conferences or radio and TV interviews
- To ensure strategic community relations activities and facilitate collaborative funding for such activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A good Honours Degree in the Arts or Social Sciences preferably, Mass Communication, Public Relations or English from a reputable university. A Postgraduate Degree and membership of professional bodies will be an advantage.
- Must have at least eight (8) years cognate experience in marketing, corporate public relations.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Degree in Social and Management Sciences from a reputable or recognized University. Membership of a related professional institute is required.
- Master's Degree; preferable an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Interested candidates must have at least minimum of eight (8) years working experience; four of which should be cognate experience in a similar organization.
- Candidate must exhibit evidence of strong administrative leadership.

- Monitor the activities of various sub-departments, including Sanitation, Maintenance, Engineering, Utilities.
- Ensure appropriate quality control.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A good Honours Degree in Engineering (i.e.) Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, registrable with Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with at least 12 years post qualification experience, some of which must be in a University.
- The candidate should not be more than 55 years old.

- Achieve key performance indicators for the development of the Caleb Business School.
- Prepare strategic plans to ensure that those targets are met
- Analyze existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement.
- To develop innovative strategies related to the goals they help establish.
- Develop strategies for product development and marketing.
- To expand revenue sources for Caleb Business School.
- Maintain a functional database for the School.
- Provide direction and motivate staff in the implementation innovation.
- Explore strategic partnerships for repositioning of the School.

- A good Degree in the Arts or Management Sciences. A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Finance will be an added advantage
