Job Title: Lower and Upper Elementary Class Teacher

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description: 

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and responsibility.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and expectations.
• Manage student behaviour effectively using positive behavior management strategies.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with grade-level standards and curriculum objectives.
• Create engaging and interactive learning activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to meet diverse learning styles.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members.
• Bachelor's Degree / NCE in Elementary Education or related field.
• 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Experience teaching elementary grades (grades 1-6) preferred.
