Job Summary
- Predictive / preventive maintenance and repair of all mechanical and static rotating equipment to ensure operational reliability at all times.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance duties using hand tools and small power tools to capture performance data or aberrations on critical rotating equipment while running in preparation for future predictive maintenance.
- Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on power generating sets, gas compressors and gas turbines to ensure no power out on the FPSO facility.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other mechanical systems for maintenance and or repair purposes.
- Responsible for preventive, routine and non-routine maintenance and for the repair of relevant machineries, pumps and compressors and document non-conformances and put a long term management plan in place.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of field experience with diesel and gas powered engines.
- Predictive / preventive maintenance and repair of all mechanical and static rotating equipment to ensure operational reliability at all times.
- OND / HND or equivalent competency certification in Mechanical Engineering Trade Tests.
- Required offshore certifications - BOSIET/HUET and STCW.
