We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description:
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
- Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and paid campaigns
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
- Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities for the company’s apartment section in line with sales targets
- Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquiries to sales
- Ensure that all promotional and pitch materials meet up with international quality standards
Job Requirements:
- Experience in property development or PR related organizations is a requirement
- Out of country experience either through education or employment a plus
- First Degree / Advanced Degrees accepted in Marketing or Sales related course
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience in Marketing, Real estate or Hospitality organization
