Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee (Finance/Operations) located in Lagos.
- The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as financial analysis, data entry, reconciling accounts, preparation of schedules, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting operational activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Science discipline
- 0-2 years post NYSC experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for Accounting and Finance
- Experience or knowledge in the lending industry is an advantage
