Job Description:
- Drafting, negotiation and reviewing of commercial contracts.
- Writing client updates and briefs.
- Regulatory Engagement.
- Client Management.
- Issuance of legal opinions.
- Supervising younger lawyers.
Job Requirements:
- A Master’s Degree is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent academic credentials at University & Law School.
- Litigation experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Can work independently or with little supervision.
- Passionate about using the law as a tool of problem solving and social change.
- You’ve got positive energy. You are optimistic about the future.
- You have a “can do” attitude.
- You want to be part of a winning team.
