Job Title: Customer Service Representative (NYSC Corper)

Summary
- Eazybiz Nigeria is looking for Youth Corpers to fill the position of Customer service representative. Applicants must have good communication / presentation skills and stay around the Lekki/Ajah axis.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, -process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Receive incoming calls and provide information for customers
- Make out-going calls to customers and assess satisfaction in services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Generate sales leads
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- HND, OND or BSC (Youth Corper)
- Must stay around the Ajax / Lekki axis.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
