Job Description
- This is a full-time Recovery Agent role, with the flexibility for some remote work.
- As a Recovery Agent, your day-to-day tasks will involve debt collection, using analytical skills to assess financial situations, effective communication with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- This is a hybrid role primarily located in Lagos, but some work from home is acceptable.
Job Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-3 years experience.
- Experience in debt collection, finance, and customer service
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations related to debt collection
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and stron
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / Month.
