Job Description:
The Monogram Machine Operator must have an understanding of handling a monogram machine, fashion and neat. We are looking for someone committed, quick to learn, diligent, hardworking and organized at all times.
Responsibilities
- Understanding project specifications and clients’ needs before starting each embroidery project.
- Set up embroidery machines and select the thread and fabric that will be used for each designs.
- Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process.
- Perform regular machine maintenance tasks and reporting any issues or reordering stock as required.
- Carefully reading instructional manuals to ensure smooth troubleshooting and repair processes.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise with the machine and resolve them or report to the manager.
- Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency.
- Providing suggestions regarding the design, placement, and fabric and thread selection.
- Keeping track of work orders and updating records.
Job Requirements
- Expert-level embroidery machine operation ability.
- Previous experience as an embroidery machine operator or similar.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand instructional manuals.
- Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics and patterns.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Diligent and attention to detail.
- Proximity to Gapiona Road, GRA Benin City
Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
