Job Title: Panel Beater / Spray Painter
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Beater/Spray Painter to join our growing automotive repair team. You will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition, utilizing your expertise in both metalworking and refinishing.
- This role requires a strong commitment to quality and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and timelines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair strategy.
- Dismantle and reassemble vehicle parts as needed.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels using metalworking techniques.
- Apply body filler, sanding, and prepping repaired areas for paint.
- Mix and apply paint to match the vehicle's original finish.
Job Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fiels with 2 - 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater and/or Spray Painter (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, including welding
- Experience with a variety of body repair tools and equipment
- Excellent spray painting skills and knowledge of paint mixing
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
