We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Junior Interior Designer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
- Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
- Produce sample boards and mood boards to demonstrate preliminary designs to client.
- Consults with client to select materials, furnishings, and décor pieces.
- Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans
- Use of necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
Job Requirements:
- 0 -1 year experience working in an interior firm with a zeal to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field required; coursework in computer-aided design (CAD) highly preferred
- Detail-oriented and must be able to distinguish colours
- Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
- Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 per month.
