- As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced YouTube Growth Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase subscriber count, viewership, and engagement on our YouTube channel.
- Analyze audience behavior, trends, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and producers to develop compelling and shareable content tailored for the YouTube platform.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in YouTube and social media marketing.
Job Requirements:
