We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Ticketing and Reservation Officer
Job Location: Oregun, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Process hotel and flight reservations
- Manage the admin operations of the office
- Handle ticketing activities
- Sell and promote our reservation service.
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient in the use of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
- Must have good knowledge of Admin operations
- Microsoft office proficiency especially Excel
- Candidate must be residing around Oregun, Ikeja axis.
- Must have a minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree from reputable institution
- Proven experience in ticketing operations
- Must be able to work independently and with a team
- The ideal candidate must be a self-starter.
- The candidate must be certified in reservation management. Certification in IATA is an added advantage.
Remuneration
N150,000 Monthly.
