Job Title: Marketing Officer

Job Description: 

• The marketing associate will be a dynamic and motivated staff. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of various marketing channels. The Marketing Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, contribute to campaign development, and assist in analysing the performance of marketing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Collaborates with : photographer/cinematographer, Digital Marketing Team, Social Marketing Team

Content Creation:

• Contribute to the creation of compelling and engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials on all our social media channels - Instagram,  Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, Linkedin
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyse and present findings to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in the management of digital marketing efforts, including social media accounts, paid advertising, and website content.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.

Event Coordination:

• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure a positive event experience.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Assist in tracking and analysing key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign success.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance.

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling documentation.

Key Success Factors:

• Monthly Newsletter to all our customers : Work closely with Customer service rep teams to get information about products that needs more digital presence, products that are doing well and products that needs to be shipped to influencers
• Get at least 2 Features in the press
• Attend at least one event a month Taeillo can partner with. It is usually exchange furniture for visibility
• Post a Blog/vlog once every 2 weeks on the website
• Find 15 new influencers every month - sign Contracts with them
• Update website with up to date information like products images and prices Working with John Paul to get product renders, also work with project manager to get dimensions and prices in order to products on the website
• Coordinate Shoot with the Team Once a month You are In charge of the Props vault for Furniture shoots/Studio, which will be kept in a storage box.

Team:

• The Content Team is made up of the Creative Director, Photographer / Cinematographer, Interior Designer, and the Marketing Associate.
• The Marketing Associate will work with the team above to coordinate video and photo shoot once a month.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc in Marketing or related field
• 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
