Job Description: 

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our event planning company as a Weekend Social Media and Content Creation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing the essence of our events through compelling videos, managing our social media presence, and engaging with our audience to create a vibrant online community, exclusively during weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Create visually stunning videos showcasing the before and after of our events. This includes capturing behind-the-scenes footage, highlights of the event itself, and testimonials from attendees or clients.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Content Creation: Generate engaging and creative content for social media posts, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions. Tailor content to resonate with our target audience and promote our events effectively.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive interactions and build relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Community Building: Cultivate a sense of community among our online followers by facilitating discussions, hosting Q&A sessions, and encouraging user-generated content. Encourage participation and feedback to foster a sense of belonging.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and track the performance of campaigns to assess their effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production, with proficiency in filming, editing, and post-production techniques.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
